Summary: Management of the water supply services to a population of over 400,000 inhabitants in 4 cities of Mozambique: Nampula, Beira, Pemba and Quelimane. The management contract allowed: (i) increase the water production capacity and expansion of the service coverage; (ii) improve the quality of water produced and distributed, the pressure on the network and increase the number of daily distribution hours; (iii) organize and capacitate the human resources of the 4 companies; (iv) develop and implement an investment plan.
