Summary: Support and advise the Uíge Water Supply and Sanitation Company (EASU) in the water supply infrastructure management. Drawing up a business plan to 3 years and implementation of a financial and accounting computer system. Conducting an inventory of infrastructure and installation of an asset management system to support the operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of infrastructure. The technical assistance included a training program for the EASU staff in the areas of operation and maintenance, administrative and financial management, commercial and customer relationship management.
