Summary: Implementation of a client’s management system – Aquamatrix, complemented with all the necessary information regarding: distribution networks, meters, cadastre, clients, customer service, consumptions, billing and payment´s collection.
Mobility readings through PDA's, a document management system connected to the financial and accounting management system, a geographic information system and a hydraulic modeling system – EPANET, were also implemented under this project.
